FSSA is excited to host our 2024 Annual Forum at the historic Wigwam. Started as a small lodge during the rise of local cotton ranching in the early 1900s, the resort currently houses 331 elegant rooms and suites, three championship golf courses, three swimming pools, a tennis center, LeMond's Aveda Salon & Spa, 440 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds, and a world-class meeting center. FSSA Group Rate at The Wigwam:  $299/night + resort fee and applicable taxes

FSSA Forum attendees and Partner Expo participants can book a room at the group rate of $299 per night (plus taxes/fees) while vacancy lasts or until the deadline of January 31, 2024. The FSSA group rate is available three days pre and post event dates, based on hotel availability.

Resort Fee:

A resort charge applies to all guest rooms. FSSA room block guests receive a discounted charge of $15.00 (plus tax) per room, per day and includes:

• Complimentary high-speed internet (in guestrooms and public areas)
  
• Complimentary valet and self-parking
• -Unlimited same-day golf with the purchase of a round
• Complimentary tennis court usage, 11:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
• Fitness Center & Motion Studio access
• Complimentary scheduled fitness classes

Check-in: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out: 11:00 a.m.

Hotel Cancellation Policy:

Hotel requires a refundable deposit equal to the room rate and tax for the first night of the reservation. Guest must cancel by contacting The Wigwam by 6:00 p.m., three (3) days prior to arrival date.

Notice From FSSA HQ:

The Wigwam is the exclusive and sole hotel partner of FSSA for room reservations. Do not book reservations through any other company or representative who contacts you claiming to represent FSSA and please report any such correspondences to FSSA Headquarters. Discount rates will not be honored if reservations are made through external websites or companies.

*NOTE:  Headquarters is aware that the FSSA Room Block for the Forum is full at The Wigwam. 

Great news, as this means the Forum will once again have high attendance. Unfortunately that also means the hotel is sold out over some of the dates of the Forum. We are working closely with the hotel to accommodate FSSA attendees.  If you need to book a room, please call The Wigwam directly at 623-258-4676 and request that you be added to a wait-list for any nights that are not showing availability.  Please also email us at [email protected], so we are aware and can follow up with the hotel. The Wigwam is located in Litchfield Park, a suburb of Phoenix approximately 15 miles northwest of downtown Phoenix known for its small-town charm, many recreational activities, historical buildings, and landmarks. Get directions.

Air Travel:

The Wigwam is 25 miles away from Sky Harbor International Airport, which is about a 45-minute drive. The resort recommends using a ride-share company or giving the staff of the resort a call at 623-935-3811 to schedule a car service.

Rental Cars:

The Rental Car Center at Sky Harbor International is located within its own building at 1805 E. Sky Harbor Circle South. Visit the airport website for list of rental car companies. The PHX Sky Train^® is free and provides transportation between terminals and the Rental Car Center.

Parking:

Valet and self-parking at The Wigwam are included in the $35 daily resort charge. (FSSA room block guests receive a discounted daily resort charge of $15.)

Area Weather:

February begins the spring months where warm weather gradually returns to the Desert Southwest. High temperatures slowly rise from a normal of 68°F at the beginning of the month to 73°F at the end of the month, and nighttime temperatures moderate from 43°F to 46°F.
