Cancellation/Substitution Policy

Refunds may be issued for cancellations received via online form by August 20, 2026 minus 15% processing fee. No refunds will be made after August 20, 2026. Hotel, airline, and rental car cancellations must be made by the registrant. 

If you are no longer able to attend the workshop, you may transfer your registration to someone else in your organization if the request is received by September 1, 2026. 

All cancellations and substitution requests must be submitted via online form.
