what's included with partner expo registration?

  • Admittance for one (1) expo representative. This includes admittance to the expo and all Forum food functions, receptions and social activities
    • Members have the option to sign up for the expo with full Forum access to the educational sessions
  • One (1) six-foot draped table with two (2) chairs and a wastebasket (All displays must fit within designated space.)
  • Complimentary electricity
  • Listing in the onsite Annual Forum program and/or mobile app
  • Listing on the Forum event webpage
  • Inclusion in the Forum expo passport
  • Inclusion in the Forum exhibitor welcome video which will be played in front of all Forum attendees. (FSSA Videographer will record your 30-second plug during set-up time. View the 2024 video.)
  • One (1) attendee list (This list will be emailed to the primary exhibitor representative approximately 1 week prior to the event. It will also be included within the FSSA Annual Forum Tips for Your Trip e-blast. Additional registration lists are not available upon request.)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Shipping

Exhibitors are responsible for all costs and arrangements associated with shipping and receiving of materials. All items should arrive to the hotel no earlier than five days prior to the event. There will be package handling fees. Contact the hotel for current pricing.

Labeling: Please address all packages being shipped to the hotel in the following format:

Please have shipment tracking information in your possession until all items are received. This will enable the resort to immediately locate missing shipments.

Come prepared with pre-printed return labels. There is also a FedEx office on site. View services.


A/V Orders

Electricity is complimentary, however additional audio/visual needs (monitors, laptops, etc.) can be ordered through the hotel's A/V provider, Encore. Contact Encore.


Floor plan & Booth Assignments

Exhibitors will enjoy a high-traffic central location to meet with attendees throughout the conference. Assignments will be communicated closer to the date of the event. Prime locations are assigned based on date of registration and/or sponsorship level.

CANCELLATION & SUBSTITUTION POLICY

Cancellations & Substitutions

Cancellations received prior to January 8, 2025 will be charged a $150 administrative fee. No refunds will be made after January 8, 2025.

If a registered exhibitor rep is no longer able to attend the Annual Forum, substitution may be requested for another individual. The request must be made by submitting a substitution form no later than February 5, 2025. **Transferring of name badges cannot be requested on site.**
