The FSSA Annual Forum is a member-only event, therefore "Delegate"/attendee tickets are available to FSSA Members only. Non-member suppliers and manufacturers may participate in the Partner Expo at the non-member rate.

What's Included with Registration?

Delegate and Honorary Member Tickets include access to all aspects of the Annual Forum, including programming, the Partner Expo, and social events.

Spouse/Companion Tickets include access to all social events throughout the Annual Forum, including the special spouse breakfast on Saturday, March 1. If you plan to bring your spouse/companion to any event, they will need to register and have a name badge. Optional activities such as golf are not included in any ticket and require additional registration. Attendees are encouraged to bring their spouse/companion to the Forum as they are an important part of our fire suppression community.

The $609 spouse/companion early bird fee includes the right to attend all conference meals, receptions, and social events.

☀ CANCELLATION & SUBSTITUTION POLICY ☀

Cancellations

Refunds may be issued for cancellations received by January 8, 2025 with the following processing fees:

Delegates/Exhibitors: $150
Spouse/Companions: $50

No refunds will be made after January 8, 2025. Hotel, airline, and rental car cancellations must be made by the registrant. FSSA is not responsible for cancellation fees.

All cancellations must be submitted via FSSA25 Cancellation & Substitution Form.

Substitutions

If you are no longer able to attend the Annual Forum you may transfer your registration to someone else in your organization. The request must be made by submitting a FSSA25 Cancellation & Substitution Form no later than February 5, 2025. Additional fees may apply.
