tentative floorplanThe FSSA Annual Forum is not just any "expo." In fact, we are quite the opposite. Exhibitors love being at FSSA because there's no getting lost in a huge tradeshow floor. Our exhibitors are part of the forum experience and interact with attendees on a more personal level. Table tops throughout the forum meeting space allows interaction during breaks, receptions, and between educational sessions. To keep our signature "small-setting," table space is LIMITED and available on a first-come, first-served basis. FSSA Headquarters will assign table numbers as we get closer to the event. The best locations are awarded based on date of registration and/or level of sponsorship. ShippingExhibitors are responsible for all costs and arrangements associated with shipping and receiving of materials. All items should arrive to the hotel no earlier than five days prior to the event. There will be package handling fees. Contact the hotel for current pricing. Labeling: Please address all packages being shipped to the hotel in the following format: Please have shipment tracking information in your possession until all items are received. This will enable the resort to immediately locate missing shipments. Come prepared with pre-printed return labels. There is also a FedEx office on site. View services.
Substitutions & CancellationsCancellations received prior to January 9, 2026 will be charged a $150 administrative fee. No refunds will be made after January 9, 2026. If a registered exhibitor rep is no longer able to attend the Annual Forum, substitution may be requested for another individual. The request must be made by submitting a substitution form no later than January 23, 2026. **Transferring of name badges cannot be requested on site.** All cancellations and substitution requests must be made via the online form. substitution & cancellation request form |
