All sponsors receive the added benefits of being featured on the 2026 Annual Forum website and Tips For Your Trip e-blast which goes to all registrants prior to the event.

This pinnacle event offers a grand opportunity to have your company name and logo placed throughout the event space. There will be additional signage to go along with the general sponsor benefit package. Favors or gifts may be presented to each attendee during the dinner, but their acquisition, packaging, and distribution is not included.

Forum Luncheon • $6,000

Halfway through the day and it'll be time for the lunch buffet for all attendees, including spouses and exhibitors. Everyone always remembers the food functions, so they'll always remember your company too!

Treat all attendees to breakfast before we kick off the Annual Forum educational sessions.

This opportunity will allow your company to sponsor ALL the business sessions of the day. Along with signage, you will have the opportunity to introduce speakers from the podium.

Sponsor either manufacturer or installer breakfast and meeting. These sessions provide the platform to discuss industry trends, share ideas, raise questions, and network within the division.

Spouse Breakfast • $2,000

Spouses will be able to sleep in a little later before this special breakfast that's just for them. Anyone registering as a spouse is invited to attend.

Sponsor a push notification and link to go out to all attendees via the FSSA mobile app. This is a great add-on for exhibitors who want to encourage attendees to visit their table. Every attendee will access the app through smartphones or tablets. Sponsor the app and your company logo will be on the one thing that every attendee carries with them everywhere!

Wi-Fi • $4,000

Help attendees stay connected throughout the forum. Sponsor may suggest a branded password for Wi-Fi access during the event which will be advertised on signage and tent cards throughout the venue.

The annual Sunday activity is always one of the most-anticipated parts of the forum and this year is no exception! Just steps from our meeting space, you'll find yourself directly on the most pristine beach areas in Fort Lauderdale - so why not take advantage of it! We're having a beach party with lots of fun activities for networking and getting to know each while enjoying ice cold beverages together.

Kickball Sponsor • $2,800

Be the beach party star as the exclusive sponsor of the kickball games. Sponsorship includes branded bases, branded sweatbands for participants, branded signage at beach location, logo on website and mobile app.

Be the exclusive sponsor of our beach party badminton court. There are two options for this sponsorship:
